Had a perfect stay here. Well experienced and attentive staff who were always there to help. The location was amazing, relatively close to Chinatown. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

We loved every detail about our really great 2 nights stay here. Deluxe king room we stayed at was brand-new with the best view. Its location was very central, a short walk to Square hearts. The hotel had an excellent bar and a great restaurant.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in San Francisco. Exceptionally clean brand-new hotel, huge rooms. The property had a central location and it was within walking distance of Powell and Market Cable Car Turnaround. The meals were good.
