Had a perfect stay here. Well experienced and attentive staff who were always there to help. The location was amazing, relatively close to Chinatown. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

We loved every detail about our really great 2 nights stay here. Deluxe king room we stayed at was brand-new with the best view. Its location was very central, a short walk to Square hearts. The hotel had an excellent bar and a great restaurant.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in San Francisco. Exceptionally clean brand-new hotel, huge rooms. The property had a central location and it was within walking distance of Powell and Market Cable Car Turnaround. The meals were good.

Real value for money, so ideal location. Warm enough functional room with a generous-sized bathroom. Hotel was spotless and the service was friendly! The location was close to restaurants and bars. Walking to powell street underground station takes about 25 minutes.
